Communicate inspiration, calm and unity in this time and stand out from the emails. If you are like us, you've stopped reading the emails if they have COVID in the title, deleting them on-site. We decided to take our communications client to client and our outgoing messages in a different direction. 

At fig, we've been discussing our role as artists and media makers in this time and realized that as a team our responsibility is to foster heartfelt human to human communications and our out-going messages shifted to messages of calm, unity, love, connection and opportunity. The response has exceeded expectations and engagement. 

So now, we'd like to put that to work for you. 

Our team has put together a system to write a short script, give you instructions to roll out to your team, collect self-recorded videos and edit them into shareable digital snacks. Packages are priced by team size, basically the number of voices you'd like to include. 

WHAT YOU GET 

  • Team consultation with a writer to gather your goals. 

  • A writer to expertly frame your narrative. 

  • An online meeting coached by a fig director to roll out instructions to your team + digital version for distribution. 

  • Our editors will collect your videos and edit them together with light branding. 

  • You'll get an online link with a draft to give notes on and our team will integrate those before finalizing. 

  • We are waiving our rush fees at this time and will endeavor to turn edits around as quickly as possible. 

EXTRAS

  • Music purchases are outside contracts but we are confident we can keep those to a minimum. Between $25-$50 per track. 

  • Changes to the script after videos are collected, could be subject to extra charges - but we are always transparent about pricing.

We wrote the above video and coached our clients to record footage and voice over on their phones. Our edit team then collected the material and put this together within 48 hours. It is currently being used in fundraising efforts associated with the virus response.

    • YES! We have a list of non-profits and local business that would love to be able to do this but can not afford it given the times. We are happy to connect you with one or connect with another of your choice. 

  • I booked a video with you before, can we use old footage?

    • YES!! If we have access to it, we will use it and can come up with creative ideas to do so.
