I feel that I can utilize my skills most effectively when I'm behind the camera.

I grew up and went to high school in Mundelein, a suburb of Chicago. Currently, I'm studying Cinema at the University of Iowa. There, I became involved with the organization Student Video Productions. I began producing my own television show at the start of my sophomore year. My deepest interest is in cinematography. I also enjoy post-production, and I believe that every success and failure in editing gives you the opportunity to learn something new. With my time here at Fig, I hope to expand my knowledge within these areas.

I believe in the power of music. Some of my favorite artists include blink-182, Death Cab for Cutie, and The Format. There is nothing like immersing yourself within the music you love.

Five Goals for my experience at Fig:
