Joe is an Emmy Award winning writer* and a Chicago playwright. He is a co-founder of area theater companies WNEP and Robot vs. Dinosaur. During his years as a senior writer for Jellyvision’s CD-ROM game You Don’t Know Jack, you may have heard him as the voice of “Raul.” Other television credits include writing freelance for SNL’s “Weekend Update” and performing as the businessman in The Breeders music video “Walk It Off.”  His plays include the critically acclaimed Metaluna and the Amazing Science of the Mind Revue and he is a contributor/co-creator of The Armageddon Radio Hour and Soiree Dada. He currently teaches comedy writing at The Second City Trainer Center and is the improv program coordinator at Columbia College. You can catch him on stage from time-to-time in the long running hit The Improvised Shakespeare Company.
